Troubleshooting

Pick your symptom to see the steps. The last two entries cover warranty and repair.

All clamp lights on / repeated beeping, engine won’t start

1. Check polarity: red to positive, black to negative. A steady red clamp light means correct. 2. If the battery is deeply discharged the protection trips — hold the red button on the smart clamp for 2 seconds for force start. 3. Still nothing? Measure the battery at rest; below 8 V, charge or replace it first. Safety: force start only below -20 °C or with a deeply discharged battery — max 3 attempts in a row.

Fails to start in freezing weather

1. Keep the jump starter above 0 °C before use; a cold pack delivers less cranking current. 2. Connect the clamps and wait 30 seconds for the internal pre-heat. 3. Use force start when the battery is deeply discharged. Tip: store the unit indoors in winter — capacity recovers at room temperature.

Charge drops quickly after a full charge

1. Check the charger: PD/QC adapters below 18 W charge slowly and may stop early. 2. Charge until the display reads 100 %, not when the last bar lights up. 3. If capacity is still low after two full cycles, send us the S/N — the pack may be aged.

Air pump won’t build pressure / stops by itself

1. Check the hose coupling and tyre valve for leaks. 2. Set the target pressure first; the pump stops automatically when it is reached. 3. Continuous running over 10 minutes triggers thermal protection — let it cool for 10 minutes.

No charging after long storage

1. Deep-discharge protection may have locked the output; charge for 30 minutes before use. 2. Use the original cable and a 5 V / 2 A or higher adapter. 3. If it still won’t charge, stop and contact support — do not open the case.

How do I know which vehicles are supported

1. Check the displacement and current rating on the product page (e.g. up to 10.0 L petrol). 2. Match peak current to engine size: 1000 A up to 4.0 L petrol, 2000 A up to 8.0 L. 3. Still unsure? Send your vehicle model and engine size to our team.

Warranty period and exclusionsService

1. 12 months from the invoice date for units bought from an authorised dealer. 2. Covered: manufacturing defects and cell failure under normal use. 3. Not covered: water damage, reversed connection, unauthorised repair, normal wear. Keep the invoice or order number — it is required for any claim.

How to claim a repair or replacementService

1. Send the S/N, invoice and a short description; photos or a short video help. 2. Our engineers confirm the cause within one working day. 3. Approved cases ship within 3 working days. Tip: check the warranty status of your S/N in the lookup above first.
